About Me

MY PROFESSIONAL PHOTO CROPPED_edited.jpg

I have almost 10 years’ experience of working in mental health and wellbeing services. As a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), I abide by their ethics and standards for good practice and conduct.

Clinical Experiences

I currently work part-time as a psychologist in an NHS specialist service. My clinical experience to date includes working with adults, families, children and adolescents both within public health services (NHS) and in mental health charity services. I have worked with clients experiencing a range of issues including, but not limited to, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), difficulties with regulating mood and emotions, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

In the past, I worked for several years as Service Manager in residential and supported living services in and around London. We supported adults with complex mental health difficulties to work towards their personalised goals and life aspirations.

I am also a qualified yoga teacher and I am interested in the link between mind and body and supporting people to think about their emotional wellbeing holistically. I have dedicated a portion of my yoga teaching career to providing group classes in mental health charity services.
